Defined and lawful purpose
Use only authorised applications such as site accountability or emergency support, with the organisation’s appropriate legal basis and consultation. No covert tracking is proposed.
Accountability should never mean unbounded surveillance. Privacy and data protection are part of the solution design.

The enquiry form collects your name, email, optional telephone, organisation, country, solution interests and project description. Records are stored in this NTABTECH project’s database, and a copy is emailed to admin@ntabtech.com for the NTABTECH team. No enquiry is sent to the technology partners. Do not include medical records, sensitive personnel lists, security details or other confidential project data.
Use only authorised applications such as site accountability or emergency support, with the organisation’s appropriate legal basis and consultation. No covert tracking is proposed.
Inform affected staff, limit the identifiers and location detail collected, and avoid unrelated off-duty monitoring. Consent is not a universal substitute for the appropriate legal basis.
Define who can access records, which actions are audited and how long information is retained. Set these rules before implementation, including contractor and cross-border arrangements.
Assess network security, authentication, incident processes and data subject request handling. Tracking supports accountability; it does not replace safety procedures or guarantee a complete evacuation count.
NTABTECH LTD’s published business email is admin@ntabtech.com and its published UK base is Doncaster, South Yorkshire. You can use that email for enquiry-related questions or to ask for the appropriate data-protection contact. The form stores enquiries and emails a copy to that mailbox; acceptance status is recorded separately from inbox or read confirmation. Approved retention periods and jurisdiction-specific privacy notices must be confirmed before public launch.
